Brass tubes

We manufacture seamless drawn brass tubes in the dimensional ranges:

  • Outer diameter 3.00 – 100.00 mm
  • Wall thickness 0.15 – 4.00 mm
  • Any lengths up to max. 6,000 mm
  • in the smooth, grooved, round, oval, square, flat square and hexagonal variants
  • Special designs according to drawing or sample

Fixed sawing, deburring, bending, punching, drilling, end machining, notching or chamfering, polishing and chrome plating – if you need a finished part instead of a tube, we will be happy to produce it.

We would be happy to offer as well a wide range of further processing options and the finishing of the seamless drawn tubes, as well as assembly, packaging and “just in time” delivery.

Versatile brass

With a zinc content of up to 40 percent, brass is harder than pure copper.
Due to modern manufacturing processes, brass is now an indispensable material in many industries.

Brass combines very many functional and beneficial properties: It has an antiseptic effect, is amagnetic and has good conductivity, density and corrosion resistance.
Furthermore, brass is 100% recyclable.

Due to their particularly smooth surfaces, pressure resistance, dezincification resistance and germicidal effect, our seamless drawn tubes are used to manufacture drinking water installations, bathroom fixtures and fittings. Handrails and high-quality door handles made of brass look attractive and help contain the spread of germs.

Our high-gloss brass tubes are the ideal semi-finished product for designers. Round tubes and profiled tubes from Peterseim are used e.g. in the furniture and lamp industry, in railings and in curtain rods.

Tubes from Peterseim are also used as hidden structural elements in car manufacturing and toolmaking. They are used in waveguides, in joining, measurement and control technology and in the generation of regenerative energies.
